3M Korea has redesigned its office to support both flexibility and autonomy by optimizing workstations for different types of work.

Fursys has proposed separate workstation solutions for both fixed and mobile employees, providing dedicated focus areas and suitable collaboration zones.

This spatial strategy, along with the open floor plan and work-relaxation areas, has enhanced employee concentration and maximized the efficient use of the entire office space.
